As always the AABC celebrates this wonderful American holiday commemorating the harvest meal of the pilgrims and the Indians that took place in the autumn of 1621. President Abraham Lincoln proclaimed the last Thursday of November as the date of this national holiday and since then it has always been a warm tradition for the whole family. This year's feast will include abundant amounts of turkey, soup, salads and all the trimmings, plus a wide assortment of desserts including, of course, pumpkin pie.
