| The Amsterdam American Business Club (‘AABC’) web site is a professional networking organization, established in 2002. The goal of the AABC is to improve business-to-business contacts between Dutch and American businesses. AABC creates an environment for members to generate more business by networking through the website and special networking activities.
If you become a member of the AABC website, this privacy policy is part of the membership agreement.
Unless indicated otherwise on the application form by member, AABC may make public on the website, information which is provided by each member in the membership application form. This information may include name, company and membership status, as well as other information such as fax and phone numbers, (e-mail) addresses of members and/or companies and type of profession or business.
AABC will use the information gained through registration solely for the purposes of member-registration, the registration by members for activities and/or events organized by AABC, and information on the website (unless indicated otherwise by member). All information will be processed in accordance with Dutch Privacy Law.
Other than publication on the website, for the purposes of member-registration, and for the purposes of registration for an activity or event organized by AABC, AABC will not use any of the information relating to any of its members. The information will not be provided to third parties, nor transferred to countries outside the EU.
AABC may disclose information, which is provided by a member in the membership application form, if required by law.
