If you caught BNC Tax & Accounting at our last tax panel, you will remember the focus: everything Americans abroad can't do when it comes to investing and building wealth. This event is about what you CAN do.

On Monday, September 21st, the Amsterdam American Business Club welcomes BNC Tax & Accounting to De Bazel, one of Amsterdam's great landmark buildings, for From Income to Wealth: Tax Strategies for Americans in the Netherlands.

Americans in the Netherlands face real obstacles around taxes, compliance, and investing. This evening moves past the obstacles and into solutions. The BNC team will present the tax-efficient strategies they use with their expat clients, shown the way they actually build them. Their layered approach helps clients make money and keep it.

Christie Hoendervangers DuChateau of BNC Tax will walk through a customizable playbook for mapping out your own strategy, whether you are a single professional, a dual-career couple, or a family building wealth abroad. Every attendee also receives the digital playbook to reference again and again.

Bonus: Richard Bierlaagh, Tax Partner with Port Sight Tax, will join us to provide current insights into Box 3 tax updates and other Dutch tax specifics affecting Americans in the Netherlands.

The evening is structured as a guided tour through that playbook, with plenty of room for audience questions. Bring the question you have been sitting on all year. The live Q&A is often where the biggest insights surface, and your question could change how someone else in the room thinks about their own plan.

    You'll leave knowing:

    - The order to fund your accounts, and why getting the order right matters more than picking investments

    - The one U.S. filing choice that unlocks an IRA from the Netherlands

    - The traps that catch smart people: retirement moves that get taxed twice and products that look sensible until the IRS sees them

    - How to put your children ahead, including the newest U.S. account options for expat kids

    - What the coming Dutch tax changes could mean for all of the above

    Agenda:

    18:30- Welcome drinks and bites

    19:30- Panel

20:15- Networking with drinks and bites
